Sourcing and analysis of investment opportunities and market trends across all real estate sectors, according with the company’s investment profile.

Funciones / Tareas / Responsabilidades
– Prepare detailed business plans as well as accurate cash flow and return analysis as part of the underwriting and of new investment opportunities.
– Development and presentation of investment memorandums for internal and external investment committee purposes.
– Assist in deal negotiation, execution and structuring.
– Support due diligence efforts.
– Support to the divestment of existing deals.
– Support investor relations activities, namely assuring reporting of existing investments.
– Manage liaisons with placement agents.

Requisitos:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity, or consultancy, with background in Real Estate.
- – Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish.
- 3 years of experience in private equity, or consultancy, with background in Real Estate.
- – Advanced analytical and modelling skills.
- – Understanding of the underwriting process, cash flow modelling, investment deal structuring and due diligence procedures.
