1. Tax Responsible Local Spain Backoffice

 
Contrato indefinido, jornada laboral completa (40 horas semanales)
 
Fecha prevista de incorporación: 15 de marzo
 
Empresa: Manufacturer Multinational Company in the industrial sector
 
Description: We are recruiting a Tax Responsible Spain Local Admin Backoffice to guarantee compliance with legal and fiscal obligations in Administrative and Finace Department of headquarters of our company in Madrid.
 
Responsibilities
– Supervision of the accounting under IFRS international standards and the performance of the monthly accounting closings in accordance with the group’s standards, translation to Local GAAP
– Management of the general administration and custody of documents, filing of policies, invoices, contracts and other economic and accounting documentation of the company.
– Liaising with the company’s external auditors and Tax authorities.
– Preparation of official books, filing of annual accounts and closing of the financial year.
– Preparation of reports for the Bank of Spain and other bodies (INE, Ministry of Economy, Industry, etc.).
– Carrying out the “Tax-Compliance” (including direct national taxes, fiscal consolidation of the Group, supervision of indirect taxes and local taxes).
– Transfer pricing documentation projects, Local Spanish File compliance.
– Reviewing transactions between Group companies, ensuring that they are properly documented.
– Responding to tax queries arising from the Group’s activity in Spain, autonomously or in coordination with external advisors.
– Attention and response, together with external advisors, to inspections and tax verification requirements, as well as to financial audits in the Group’s companies.
– Assistance in the analysis of public incentives and aids for investments or operation. Preparation of tenders and justification of the subsequent documentation, to justify compliance
– Reconciliation of accounting records and immediate reporting of vat information (SII system)
 
Requisitos:
  • Degree in Business Administration and/or Law
  • Post-graduate degree in Taxation is an advantage
  • Very high level of English (spoken and written) essential
  • Experience of 4-6 years in a similar position, as a tax specialist in a company, or as a tax advisor in a prestigious Firm (Law Firm or Tax Advisory).
  • Experience in preparing tax returns

More relevant info:
 
Deep Knowledge of general Spanish taxation (corporate tax, VAT, IRPF, IAE, local taxes).
Proficient in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.

Capability to work with autonomy, methodical and self-organized, organized, and rigorous, responsible and careful to meet deadlines
Team player with good communications skills, results oriented.
Salarial retribution: gross salary year+ annual target( bonus )

Descripción del puesto

As our Sponsoring Activation Expert you are responsible for the co-ordination and activation of the company Sponsorships and partnership activities including campaign and content development. You are the main contact for rights holders and partnership managers to co-ordinate our activation with them.

Your tasks
Sponsorship management
• Ensure rights delivery and correct execution of sponsorship contracts (rights management)
• Main contact for rights holders, associations, brand ambassadors and partnership representatives.
• Develop sponsoring communication concepts and plans in co-ordination with other departments (PR, Event Marketing, Content Marketing and Social Media).
• Support Sponsorship performance measurement and reviews including monitoring of competitor activities
• Consult markets on local sponsorship activation
Campaign and content development
• Development and implementation of content and communication campaigns for sponsorship and partnership activation in close co-operation with the brand content and advertising teams.

Requisitos:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a focus on Communications or similar.
  • Min 3 years working experience in the Marketing Communications / Sponsoring area (industry, agency or rights holder).
  • Business fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Advance level in Microsoft office programs
  • Experience working in international environments
  • Experience in creative content and campaign development
  • Be an excellent team player & Willingness to work in virtual teams & Willingness to travel
